Items labeled for OFF-ROAD use only are prohibited from being utilized on public roads in most states and provinces, even in jurisdictions where emissions testing is not enforced pursuant to the Clean Air Act. These products are intended exclusively for racing vehicles that are not designed for public road use.  

By acquiring any aftermarket performance product, customers confirm that they have thoroughly reviewed the Clean Air Act and accept complete responsibility for any use or misuse of the product. Furthermore, customers agree that 123 Tuning bears no liability for any resulting consequences, legal or otherwise, from such use or misuse.
